Rating: Birdie

Dr. Dwyer’s books for me are generally hit or miss, and often a reiteration of what he has said somewhere else. Yet in this genre of books sometimes it’s simply the timing of when you read it that might cause it to really strike a chord with you.

For me– this book gave me some great perspective. Not a cover to cover barn burner, but easily a chapter or two that added to my life for where I am at right now. I know anyone reading this overview will find the same.

YES – this type of book often lacks a step by step break down of how to personally grow, improve, or benefit from its concepts, or often stories that might not resonate. Yet this 7 chapter book offers enough value where you will set the book on the table, reflect and find something good. Whether as a spouse, son, or father– you’ll get some loving input in its pages, maybe even pull back a band aid and finally fix something that’s been bothering you way too long.

What caught my eye: There is no proper way per se……you can choose!
