After a bunch of stinkers, finally something of value! This book hits on each piece of success, personal growth, psychology, and personal responsibility I routinely look for. Further, my classic test of would I pass this on to people I know…YES! Teachers, parents, leaders, keep reading!
Get this book, take its assessment, have your kids do it. The world view of focusing on your strengths…LOVE IT! Wonder why certain activities or roles drain you, why your kids are different…you’ll find insight here.
The only detriment to this book is its length, and lack of interest you might have to the areas, that frankly, you don’t thrive in. I have always loved Gallup, its founder Clifton, and the world view of celebrating our successes and strengths. Getting the assessment for my two oldest is like a cherished friend helping clean my lenses so I can see once again the beauty in my children’s uniqueness.
