This is a good book, not a great one.

The premise, results, etc – probably could have been done in about half the book this ends up being, but still a simple premise, and if it really needs to be beaten into you, then this could be a good read for you. YES – I totally feel and use the checklist discipline in what we do, and feel every business, or person could benefit from it.

Some riveting stories throughout (borderline too many, too long) – Sully’s Hudson Bay landing, Buffet’s money management discipline, and of course how Atul has impacted surgery procedures all over the world.

What caught my eye: (checklists) they improve the outcomes with no increase in skill.
