For my occupation, you can imagine finding ways to help people change habits is huge. As a business owner, the principles within this book are just as relevant. Anyone who strategizes, manages people, or effects change in others or an organization can benefit from this book.

Probably the only knock on this book, was a few concepts feel regurgitated, and so simplistic, that deeming it unique is a bit of a stretch. Yet I love a book that gives tangible ideas, helps me focus on its concepts (or even my own), and or simply gives me a line to use in a team or client meeting which this book does do.

What caught my eye: Genius is the ability to reduce the complicated to the simple.
