Rating: Out of Bounds

I surely know and understand English as a language. This book is written in a form of Academia that quickly makes you regret getting the book. This 300 page monstrosity has the most sub-references I have ever seen in a book—literally 1000 of them!

It’s really too bad, resistance and overcoming conflict/change is such a worthy subject and rarely written on effectively.

What caught my eye: One of the most important challenges in life, is how to effect lasting change in health-relevant behaviors.
