Rating: Hole in One
Well for having done a book blog for about a year – I am thinking Hole in One’s are few and far between. This certainly is one. Business Owners take note! This book is awesome, if not revolutionary in what it can mean to any small business owner. Written as an application of Gino’s first book Traction, with applicable refinements, I was leery in getting it, but was proven wrong, chapter after chapter.
In my Microsoft Excel spreadsheet world – Gino hits a homerun in his EOS model of running a business. Whereas I struggle in reading most parable type books, I loved this one. Rich in content, interesting, even whiteboard type examples – it’s just real life stuff entrepreneurs!
It’s so helpful just to go through everything once again. What’s your Core Focus? Do you have the right people doing the right things? How do you analyze your staff…..it’s all there. Enjoy this book it’s a great one.
