In full disclosure, Doreen has been my personal coach for other 3 years, and I was fortunate enough to have an advance copy of this book, as well as endorse it.
Doreen’s work is awesome. This book is beneficial in so many ways. It truly is a book; you will take highlighter and pencil too, taking many notes. You will find yourself in many of the pages, the same situations, dialogues you’ve had (with yourself), and you will learn new techniques on how to handle life’s many situations.
This is not fake it till you make it. It’s not PMA crap, or say it into existence. These are relatable takes on how people got through life’s challenges, handled their own self talk, and came through on the other side.
What caught my eye: The epilogue at the end of the book is still a moving story, and true in so many ways. See for yourself.
