Rating: Bogey
Recommended by a colleague -this is actually quite an old book. And for me, it shows its age. In the guise of the old PMA (Positive Mental Attitude), this book is loaded with stories, and probably takes 150 pages more than it needs to, to express some of its finer points.
For me, I love the parts of the book that actually use the Aladdin Tale – I just wish that was more of the book. Further, the parts on FEAR and ideas on handling it are still relevant and of value.
