Rating: Birdie

Full disclosure: I am a “homer” and do attend Bill’s church. This one caught my eye wandering through the library this week while we were picking up some books for the boys. Great title and even greater content. Yes, this has a Christian bent to everything, but what strikes me making this a solid book is his self-reflective questions in each chapter.

It is rare that in the content of a book that the italicized question does more than summarize some point. In this book, Bill poses questions that make you put the book down for a moment, reflect, and with an affirmative “uh huh,” you are made wiser, stronger.

What caught my eye: I never thought about organizing my calendar in a way to reflect “who I want to become.” This, along with others, are gems: makes it well worth the read.
